Policyholder Service

There are certain types of customer service and DIY transactions that can be done online, but it is not always a good idea to do so. Because insurance policies are legally binding contracts between the policyholder and the insurance company, each party has certain rights and responsibilities. Making policy changes, for example, should only be done by talking to one of our licensed agents. Simply leaving a message for us to add a newly acquired car or pickup to your auto policy, for example, is only a request and does not guarantee that coverage will be provided. Additional information is usually needed before your request can be completed. In order to provide you with assistance that is accurate and to your benefit, we need to speak with you directly.

However, there are certain situations, such as premium payments and/or reporting certain claims where what you are looking for is simply the ability to make a payment(s) or report a claim(s). If you prefer to make an online payment, or report a claim to your company online, many of our carriers can accommodate you. These are shown underneath the "How can we serve you?" section. Just click on the applicable link.

For all other customer service requests, please call our agency or fill out the form below. We will contact you as soon as possible during the next business day.
